Merchandise Return Policy
McGuire's Clocks offers a 15-day Satisfaction Guarantee on every timepiece purchased. After 15 days of the receipt date, all sales are final and only the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
You must call our toll-free number: 1-877-452-4558 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and address before returning the merchandise. No return of merchandise will be accepted without our Return Authorization number.
For a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original box with original packing materials, receipt, and free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed inside another shipping box. The clock box is NOT a shipping box. The merchandise must be returned to McGuire's Clocks within 15 days of receipt via the same freight method received. Please include all paperwork with your return to ensure prompt and accurate credit. All merchandise returned to McGuire's Clocks will have a 10% restocking fee added, unless the merchandise is defective.
All items must be insured and shipped pre-paid. We will not accept any COD shipments. Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs on most of our items range from $5 to $150. Both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any damaged merchandise.
We are not able to accept returns for cash or credit from anyone other than the original buyer. We will gladly exchange the item for an exact replacement, or issue a credit against the credit card used to purchase the item.
Refunds will not be made on merchandise fully or partially assembled. If you need assistance assembling the merchandise, please call us at 1-877-452-4558.
Damaged Merchandise
All our items are fully guaranteed. If any cartons/boxes are missing or damaged, please note this on the freight bill. If your clock or a box has been badly damaged when it arrives, please refuse the delivery. Should you refuse delivery, please contact McGuire's Clocks. Once the items are returned, we will ship the replacement item(s). You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.
If any damage is discovered after the driver has left, please keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim. We are responsible for any product that has a defect in workmanship or materials but we are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.Any damage should be reported within 10 days. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new, identical, item, upon return of the defective merchandise. All damage claims past 10 days will be refused.
