Warranty Policy
New products purchased from McGuire's Clocks come with a manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are processed by the product's manufacturer. You may contact the manufacturer directly at the phone number provided in your original documentation. Please return your product in the original box to the manufacturer with shipping prepaid. We will be happy to assist you with any contact information you require.
All new grandfather clocks and Hermle clocks carry a 2 year factory warranty. All other new clocks come with a 1 year factory warranty. Antique clocks purchased from us come with a 1 year warranty provided by McGuire's Clocks. All Seiko and Pulsar watches come with a 3 year warranty.

Out of Stock Orders
In the event an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification of its expected availability date via email.
